4.Market situation:Operate your business in such market where you think your product or service will work out. Do not operate your business in such markets where there is the monopoly power of other firms. Operate your business in such markets where there are few number of competitors.

5. Economy of the country:You should know about the economic situation of the country , whether there is inflation or recession and make your plan according to it.

6.Interest of customer:Customers are the god of every business.They are the one who decides the future of the business. So, you should be able to design such goods and services that will be able gain the attention of the customers.
